- Emergency services
- Preventive maintenance programs

Service Availability
Services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason. Emergency services are available 24/7, subject to technician availability.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing
All prices quoted are subject to change based on actual conditions found at the time of service. Final pricing will be provided after inspection and before work begins. You have the right to approve or decline services based on the final quote.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Financing options may be available for qualified customers
- Service call fees apply and are non-refundable unless waived
Late Payment
Accounts not paid within 30 days of service may be subject to late fees and/or collection proceedings. We reserve the right to charge interest on past-due accounts at the maximum rate allowed by law.
Warranties and Guarantees
Workmanship Warranty
We provide a one-year warranty on labor for all repair services, unless otherwise specified. Installation services may carry extended warranties as specified in your service agreement.
Parts and Equipment
Parts and equipment are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist with warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer defects or warranty coverage decisions.
Warranty Exclusions
Our warranties do not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Normal wear and tear
- Acts of God or force majeure events
- Work performed by others
- Failure to maintain equipment properly
Customer Responsibilities
As our customer, you agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to work areas
- Ensure pets are secured during service visits
- Disclose known hazards or issues
- Make timely payment for services rendered
- Follow maintenance recommendations
- Notify us promptly of any issues with our work
Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GM EnerTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses..
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GM EnerTech and its employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third party right
- Your misuse of our services
- Damage to property caused by your negligence
Cancellation Policy
Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency service calls cannot be cancelled once a technician has been dispatched.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of GM EnerTech and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Nassau County, New York.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice on our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
